item view ecommerce This will take you to the prep page, before showing the ecommerce or web inventory. This page is still within the secured environment. The next page goes into what we call 'shop' or 'ecommerce' - site that is visible to outside customer/clients.

item find and replace This is a special page that allows you to look up an item that you like (master item) and then replace secondary items (incorrect or other items) with the master details. This is an admin level page and comes with some warnings. These changes are permanent, unless you do a different find and replace.

item [search value] This will search for parts or items by the part number or item number. All results will show up with options to view, edit, or add to cart. Example: item ice cream or item xyz-12345

item [parent part/item id] This will search for an item or part that matches your search. If the search value is numeric, it will even try to look-up items by the id number. Example item 5656

item [~sub id] This will help look-up sub inventory or child inventory items. All subs have a package or sub reference id number. It looks like: ~55 or ~12345. The '~' is required. Example: item ~5577 (sub id with a ~).

Based on settings - if a match is found, the item will either be added to the current shopping cart or shown in a view sub inventory mode.

item [barcode] This is a special alpha/numeric search that will look for matches on the barcode. If a perfect match is found, it will either be added to the current shopping cart or shown in a view mode. There is a corp-wide setting called 'enable barcode quick cart' that should be turned on for faster barcode scanning. Example: item 81050000281 or item myBarCodeValue

item [?] This is general alpha/numeric search on items and parts. This search is quite flexible and will search for values that match the part number, reference number, description, barcode, RFID tag, and other fields. Results will be shown if found.

Time is very flexible and we allow you to create as many different types of time as you need. This could be things like: a customer time clock, an appointment book, a scheduler of sorts, a dispatching solution, a payroll timesheet for employees, a mini blog, a general reminder system, packaging, job costing, etc. The types are setup using the admin time templates page and then by assigning different options to each template.
