This is the main starting page for a new shopping cart. The main location and cart type fields are required.

A couple good things to know about the shopping cart:
1. Once you create a cart there will be a new link that shows up in the top right hand corner of the application (site). It will have the the words "View Cart" with the number of line items in (0). There will also be a shopping cart icon to help you get back to the cart pages.

2. The shopping cart is held in memory until you save it or create a new invoice. This allows you to change quantities, prices, taxes, etc. before doing the final checkout procedure.

3. Unlike most of the pages in the site, the shopping cart if non-linear. This means that you can go anywhere else in the site and still keep the shopping cart fully loaded. At any time, click the link in the top right corner to continue.

4. Each sub page of the shopping cart has its own help file with additional information.
