Shop 10887 Meeting with Shannon 3/26/2024

Working with Shannon. Going over all of the different custom code requests (doggie salon, frozen yogurt, golf/tennis clubs and restaurant, POS, and calendar (complex pieces). We had a brainstorming session and Shannon took a bunch of notes. See attached. Unwritten, our business plan has been - chase the $ (money). We talked about the difference between the demo clients vs existing paying clients. As we were talking, we made an analogy of running a race. Imagine the difference between racing and tying shoes vs just flopping along (not tying your shoes). Shannon took some notes (see attached). At different times, we are seeing cycles and patterns. We are trying to learn from that or those cycles and patterns. They are not bad, we just need to keep learning from them.

Shop 4881 Meeting with Jonathan 8/29/2019

Steve, Jonathan, and I were on a meeting. The meeting topic was the adilas café and some ideas around that subject.

- Where operations and accounting meet

- Launch adilas (aka go to work) - maybe show the top couple corps that they frequent

- Play in a demo site

- Get some training

- Hire a consultant

- Advertise my services

- Advertise my products

- Join our community

- Vote for next features

- See what's in the pipe

- Show stats - personal and over arching (full adilas community)

- Steve would like to keep adilas all lowercase (just for branding)

- The ultimate sophistication is simplicity - DaVinci

- We are looking for a style (the new look and feel)

- Talking about snow owl theme settings, logos, watermarks, and basic styles - talking about customization and even customization with some elements of control (not too much power, but enough). Templates and being able to help people make decisions quickly and keep some virtual rails on the platform.

- Jonathan wants to learn more about the software (web platform) and how our customers are using our product.

- Helping our users and clients interact better - create a single entry environment

- Ratings, communities, money transfers, commerce, skills, and exposing hidden treasures that already exist

- Power users becoming mentors

- Being able to both add and subtract from the visual of what is showing

- MVP (minimum viable product) - the smallest usable piece and then build from there

- Single login, give you access to the adilas café. Maybe show the last corps, top 3 or top 10 corps, etc.

- Maybe bring in the adilas doggie as part of what is available

- Looking for patterns and how people use the product

- Older link to some top level training - https://data0.adilas.biz/training/

- The cart and the shopping cart are the main heart of the application. So many transactions and cause and effect relationships get pumped through there. A vital piece of the puzzle.

There are a number of screenshots attached for some visuals of what we were talking about. Good meeting.

Shop 4364 Adilas Time 2/12/2019

Steve and I started out together on the morning meeting. Just the two of us and we were talking about who could handle what projects and how do we feel about each person and their load/contribution. Good talks. Steve and I also worked some code and some new logic that he needed for some clients in Oregon. After that, I started to rework a sales flyer the Naters did with the adilas doggie images.

Josh joined us and had some questions about how the current discount logic worked inside of adilas. The most confusing part was dealing with a tax category of with tax included and a discount. We went through a number of scenarios trying to get certain numbers. We kept running into math errors and unexpected outputs. We called in Alan and he looked around with us. As a side note, discounts get super crazy deep, especially when mixed with back calcs like with tax included or back figuring to a known target value. We made a number of tweaks and did some testing together. I fixed one file and then we planned on letting Alan go in and make some other tweaks, including some display changes to the advanced add to cart pages.

See attached for the graphic of the new sales flyer with the doggie images.

Shop 4235 General 12/13/2018

Started working on a new adilas sales flyer. I will be using the adilas doggie images and a bunch of graphics from our ecommerce site. I will also be combining some pieces of what adilas is (currently) and what we are hoping to become (current future and extended future). I'll attach a copy, but it is far from done.

Shop 4196 Adilas Time 12/4/2018

Steve and I were talking about some fun sales ideas and using the new adilas doggie graphics. See element of time # 4216 in the shop for some fun images. We got a bunch of new graphics yesterday from the artist.

Dustin was showing Steve and I some of the new functionality on the cultivation side. It is a nice interface with tons of backend wiring to make it really fly. Pretty cool. Eric popped in and had a couple of questions for Steve and I dealing with mag stripe readers and integrating with loyalty cards and what not. Steve answered most of the questions. After that, Wayne and I looked over a data import on the data 6 server. We talked about some additional pieces that will help the import look and be more clean.

Emails, tech support stuff, and looking into bug reports. Towards the end, Steve and I had a small chat about the assisted living business vertical and providing some guys a quote to use our system. No firm values, but we were playing with options based off of rooms or options based off of facility sizes and what not. Good stuff and Steve is excited to see where things go.
