Shop 1623 Adilas time 9/1/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Nick and Alan. Steve was on for a little bit but had to bail out to do some client demos. We spent the entire time working on custom PDF labels and updating code to work with the new sub inventory changes. Nick, Alan, and I did a couple together and then we split up and worked on different pieces. We will merge things together at the end. Nick had to bail out early but Alan and I worked until 12:15 pm. After that, I just checked some emails and such until 12:30 pm.

Shop 1591 General 9/1/2016   Phone calls with Shawn Curtis, Bryan Dayton, and Will Hudson. All of these guys are independent Adilas developers. Each one is working on different projects and just needed a quick little session to help with flow and logistics. Shawn is getting started on some new projects. Bryan is doing daily specials and a custom shopping cart and Will is doing a multi-step process for tracking and destroying batched inventory (traceability and chain of command stuff).

Shop 1624 Adilas time 9/5/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Nick and Steve. Nick and I were going through custom PDF labels and making sure things were ready for the new sub inventory updates. Steve popped in and out through out the session. He did have a couple of state API questions that we helped him with. We also did some talking and he helped us get caught up on some of the new happenings and some of his vision with the different API socket calls between the different servers.

Shop 1767 Russell Moore 9/5/2016   On a Zoom session with Russell. We worked on the stock/unit ecommerce settings and how to tie them into the sub inventory types for stock/units. We tweaked a number of if statements and did some prep for adding the new settings for photos, aliases, and long web descriptions. We didn't get everything finished and had to make some notes so we can pick it up again.

Shop 1776 In-Line $ Discounts: ADI-146 9/5/2016   Bryan came over and we chatted about a number of different projects that he is on. We explored some options and how we could use the external_alternate_id database field for any of the main twelve players. We just need to finish wiring things up. We went over some features and how that could work. The goal is to help users link multiple systems together with predefined fields that allow for cross connections between software packages.

We also talked about a number of other projects that are in the works and what the status was on each of them. Busy times and it is hard to get things totally finished. We'll keep on working day by day and hopefully, we get caught up at some point.

Shop 1796 Prepping for live sub inventory database update 9/5/2016   Going through a to do list for doing the live sub inventory database update. Lots of last minute code checking, recording notes, and crossing t's and dotting i's. Lots of detail work.

Stayed up all night and ran the new updates on all of the servers (data 0, 1, 2, 3, & 4). The updates had already been run on the data 5 server with Calvin and I (last week). Lots of time was spent going over the files (60+ core files, 13 update files, and over 50 black box and custom label files). I did some light testing and had to fix a couple of small things.

Long night but hopefully things are up and ready to go. I guess we'll see when all of the users come in and start pushing on things. Yee haw!

We also changed out some server passwords and merged all of the changes and files into the master branch. There was well over 50+ black box pages and custom PDF labels that had to be organized per server based on the corporation id numbers. That was kinda a pain. I also sent the guys an email with some light instructions on how to get their system up and ready to go. It is time for bed now (at least for an hour or two). :)

Shop 1625 Adilas time 9/6/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Nick, Alan, and Steve. We launched some new code this morning and then got a series of different emails about small bugs and such. We were bouncing between the different emails and pushing up code as fast as possible. I sure am grateful for our user base and how much they help us. We learn about problems pretty quickly.

Anyways, one of the errors we found was dealing with corporations that had sub inventory activity but didn't have any sub attributes (special custom fields) to go along with it. So, they could see the items but couldn't get to a place to sell them due to there not being any attributes. All of the new code is based off of the sub attributes and the record count of the attributes. So, if you don't have any, it causes the system to stop short of doing what is supposed to.

Anyways, we spent some time and built a custom report to help find and fix the problem children pieces for sub inventory and assigned sub attributes. That took a big part of our day. That little report took about 3.5 hours to finish and get things all done. The report was stored under the temp folder with the name of check_for_sub_activity_but_no_attributes,cfm. Busy and crazy morning.

I'm super tired, I may go back to bed here soon.

Shop 1441 Calvin Chipman 9/6/2016   On a phone call and Zoom session with Calvin. I was telling him about how the migration process went and is going. We talked about options and ways to help smooth things out. For the record, Calvin's stuff has been really tight. There are tons of moving pieces, black box code, and custom stuff right and left. That makes it tough to check everything.

Shop 1801 Bug tracking and fixes 9/6/2016   Working through emails and checking on different bugs. Most of the problems today have been with custom code or what we call black boxes. Basically, they are done for the client and then kinda left by the side. Because they are not the main focus, they get skipped and/or looked over. There are tons of these files spread across multiple servers. That makes debugging and standardizing a task.

Shop 1442 Bryan- Update master 9/7/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Bryan. We were working on checking out code, running new sub inventory updates, and merging in some of his projects into master. Things went pretty good until we ran into a problem with Git (version control software). That ended up eating quite a bit of time as we couldn't get a certain branch of code to reset and let go of changes that were made.

Shop 1802 Meet w/Shannon 9/7/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Shannon. We went over the technical side of the new sub inventory changes. I showed Shannon the database changes, and some of the new custom storage options that Calvin created. We talked about some tech support questions, how to nicely say "no", and some other general subjects and topics. We also looked at a quote for new email settings and a request for invoices and quotes and recording invoice histories. They also wanted certain people to be auto CCed (carbon copied) and other email and invoice settings.

We talked briefly about doing some more instructor lead training courses. Shannon recommended that we focus on the laser specific videos (smaller focused clips) for adilas university before we try to do more instructor lead training courses. I thought that was a good idea.

Shop 1626 Adilas time 9/8/2016   Went into Logan. Nick drove. We did a small video shoot and interview to help promote both Adilas and BATC Custom Fit (department at Bridgerland Applied Technology College that has worked with Adilas to help with training and such). Both Nick and Shawn were there for the video shoot. Shawn took off after the first part and Nick stayed around until later that day. Shawn was super tired from pulling an all-nighter from his other job.

One of the video sessions was us simulating talking with clients. We used Gloria from Bridgerland (marketing), by the end of the video shoot, we were really talking options and pitching Adilas. She and a lady by the name of Heather Ericson had interviewed me earlier, back in September of 2011 or 2013. That was kinda fun. The actual interview part was kinda fun but kinda nerve racking.

Alan and Nick and I went to lunch and then afterwards Nick and I worked on some more sub inventory updates. We also did a small session on working on the Adilas API sockets and documentation stuff. Totally different day than most other days. Fun but different.

Shop 1803 Email Log for Clients and Invoices 9/8/2016

As a random note, we have had an increased number of requests for more robust email and contact type pieces. People are asking if we can record email transaction histories, be able to search that, and virtually see a sub phase of what is going on and happening.

We have had a number of requests in the last couple days about this. Whether it is onboarding new customer/clients, following up and reaching out to existing clients, or just sending invoices and making sure things get delivered to the correct party. Very interesting. Definitely heating up and becoming more of an issue and/or opportunity.

Added a new note as of 2/10/22 - We have also had requests to be able to see email history or email status of invoices, quotes, etc. that are sent to a client. Basically, the users want to use the system to send the emails, but they also want a record of what was done (dates, times, actions, responses) and other branching options after that. Currently, the only way they are able to tell if an email has been sent is if they CC (carbon copy) themselves into the email and keep one on file in their inbox or a sub folder. They would love to see more robust email tracking tools and options built into adilas.

Shop 1766 Working with Shannon 9/8/2016   Shannon came to Bridgerland and we had a small work session. We talked about progression and how to balance new vs. older more stable technologies. We also made a tech support call about a cross-browser issue with sub inventory templates. Some of those things get hard to trouble shoot because of browser differences.

After that, Shannon and I went to a retirement party for Wayne Moore (my dad) there at BATC. Good stuff.

Shop 1799 Meeting with Chris Johnnie and Russell - Charter Schools 9/9/2016   Met with the Thomas Edison Charter School (south campus). Chris Johnnie and Dave Forbis were there as well. Russell was joined in through a Zoom session. We met with their people and talked about options and logistics. We had people from both campuses online with us over Skype. There were quite a few questions and some good discussion. We have already given them a demo a couple of time but they keep changing who is there. This time we did have some computer tech people who seem to be the key players. The Administrators have virtually said yes, they are now deferring to the tech people to make sure everything is going to line up ok.

Some of the topics of the day were:
- Group Mass Texting - Told them about Calvin's GMexting program.
- Digital signatures and document management (media/content).
- Inventory controls with barcodes, labels, and checking in/out text books (mini rental type scenario).
- Budgetting, Monies, and Financial Reports.
- Exporting Data and connecting to other state sites and databases through API socket connections.
- Parent organizations and helping them keep track of events and monies (virtual ecommerce, bill pays, parent portals, to do lists, and document management stuff).
- Looking forward into multi-levels of students, parents, teachers, and administrator levels for permissions, settings, and custom interfaces.

Overall a great meeting. Dave, Chris, and Russell did awesome and I only had to chime in a couple of time other then when they gave the floor to me to talk about things. Great meeting. Chris Johnnie has been babysitting this one for over a year now. Kinda interesting how long it really takes for a bigger organization like this to bite the virtual fish hook. Interesting.

Shop 1805 Working with Russell 9/9/2016   On a Zoom meeting with Russell. He started out by making some proposals about doing a couple rounds on an Affiliate Program of sorts. The interesting twist was using the second salesperson slot on the invoice as a quick fix and almost instant tie-in (just some minor tweaks). We then talked about how we may need both payee/user pieces as well as customer/client pieces. His idea to start on the payee/user side might actually be very helpful in some ways. That might allow for a number of pre-built pieces to be used rather quickly because all existing code is based off of payee/users vs. customer/clients.

Eventually, we'll need lots of customer stuff, invoice stuff, parts and general item stuff, promotion codes, special discounts, and even points and redemption type stuff. This could tie into expense/receipts and other special reports. I see the flex grid tie-ins section written all over this particular project as well as other main key players.

Russell also proposed that we start into the black box project on the main secure site and allow for themes and templates just like in the ecommerce land. Russell has done a great job in ecommerce and is looking to make similar type moves inside the system for the main secured environment. He really wants to make some mobile ready pages and apps. Good stuff and fun direction.

I had to help on a tech support call for about 20+ minutes to help Shari O. of adilas with inter corp settings between physical boxes (clusters and solar systems). We got it all figured out and got her going on her way.

After that Russell and I worked on some stock/unit settings for ecommerce. We are trying to make it so that users can modify and setup default photos for sub types, new aliases, and special web descriptions for stock/units. Good meeting.

Shop 1804 API Stuff with Nick 9/9/2016   On a phone call with Bryan going over how custom shopping carts work. This is an addition above and beyond the normal corp-specific black boxes and custom code stuff. Custom carts have a corp level setting and then a user level setting. If used, they beat out or trump the normal black box custom code.

After that, I was on a GoToMeeting session with Nick. We were working on API socket documentation and standardization stuff. He is making good progress.

Adi 1299 Multi-Tiered Affiliate Program 9/10/2016

Multi-level affiliate program. This will combine payee/users, customer/clients, invoices, points earned, point redeemed, payouts (expense/receipts), and even special promotions (parts, items, discounts, and special pricing).

Currently a way of tracking single people through the top level adilas e-commerce. Not multi sphered yet.

Nothing super special.

Shop 1812 Requests for recipe/builds 9/12/2016   We had a client ask us about rules and max and min values for recipe/builds. They also wanted to know how to create alternates in the recipe. I told them to put all of the alternates in and then set the preset quantity to 0. Then when the build happens, they could flip the quantity to what was really used. Besides the max and min rules, they also wanted to know how long until this could be ready to handle sub inventory. That is currently missing from recipe/builds. It is fun to see our clients use the tools that exist. We'll keep on pushing as time and resources allow.

Shop 1808 GDA: random invoice numbers 9/12/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Bryan. We started to work with the external alternate id number fields for invoices. As a note, this field (external alternate id) has been added to all of the main 12 players. However, it has not really been put into play in the main system. It has been prepped but not really used at this point.

We added some new black box code to the submit cart page (a new top mini black box), coded the new external alternate id number field and started coding it to randomize an invoice number. After working on it for about 1.5 hours, Bryan proposed an option to flip things 180 degrees and randomize the real numbers and record the one-by-one incrementing number as the alternate.

We stopped working and I told Bryan that I would ask Steve before we went any further. The important part would be to make sure we had a sequential number that could be tracked in the case of a audit. If we did this, it would also require some custom code on the actual method or function. Most times the custom code is outside of the main method or function and then we call it and pass things as needed. I wanted to check to see if we wanted to add any special code inside the method. That is kinda new.

As a follow up, I talked with Steve later that night and we talked about some other possible options. They were:

- Maybe think about some new corp-wide settings for auto numbering or randomizing the numbering. This would be fore the different types such as invoices, quotes, and PO's. We may also need settings to know what the random range would be. For example: between 1-10 or 1-25, etc.

- Maybe add a whole new CFC or method or functions to help with the code. The new methods would work or flow in a different manner. That way we wouldn't have to have custom code inside of the CFC's. Keep those pure.

- Be able to switch back and forth between auto numbering and randomizing. Make it a real setting in the system.

Shop 1628 Adilas time 9/13/2016   On a GoToMeeting with Nick, Alan, and Steve. We were going to work on exports to Excel but ended up doing our session a little bit different. We built a quick web update for the sub inventory stuff. This is a smaller version of what Calvin's new custom auto process does. This just makes the database changes and doesn't even try to update anything. This just allows a new developer to get the code without all of the hassle of the auto process (super important for live data changes and migration).

We then spent most of the time talking about safety nets, standardization, and code sign-off processes. We talked tons about goals and vision of what we are doing. I used a number of graphics from Russell's photo gallery to go over some concepts. Here is a link to Russell's photo gallery. click to view gallery.

See the attached Word document for our brainstorming ideas and subjects of discussion. Great session and making progress. Nick and Alan will be great assets as we go forward.

Shop 1813 Quick Search for Media/Content 9/13/2016   We need to add media/content options to the adilas quick search. That would really help to look things up and bounce around as needed. This would need all of the normal key word searches as well such as: new, last, home, adv, numeric, and a basic alpha (text) search. That would be pretty cool.

Shop 1445 Phone call with Bryan 9/13/2016   On a phone call with Bryan. We talked about some options for his project to randomize the invoice numbers, quote numbers, and PO numbers. We talked about some new procedures we are trying to put in place and making a plan for his coding. We then talked about a couple of options there and how deep to go. There are different goals at work. I'm trying to stabilize and build for the long haul and they (outside developers) are somewhat trying to go quickly and effectively. Those different goals tend to give different outputs.

I'm going to have Bryan start working more with Alan so that I'm not so much of a bottleneck. That will be good.

Shop 1769 Russell Moore 9/13/2016   On a Zoom session with Russell. We were working on stock/unit ecommerce settings for sub inventory types. We were testing and pushing things around. We ended up spending some time creating a new corp and adding/editing stock/unit sub inventory settings and seeing where they cascade to. Russell also showed me the start of his affiliate program tracking and plugging in a second salesperson to an invoice or quote right from ecommerce.

This might be random, but I love how simple Russell tries to work with things. Because he can't do crazy and fancy things with code yet, he simplifies things and plays at a much smaller level. That makes it awesome and very easy to follow. That is an asset in disguise. I'm excited to see where that goes.

Shop 1046 Adilas time 9/14/2016   Spent the first 45 minutes recording notes from post-its for 8/3/16. Trying to clean up my desk area. I then did some planning for some changes in sub inventory. I actually pulled away from the computer and did some light planning on paper (heaven forbid). Steve then came on the meeting and we worked on some of his sorting options for his state API socket calls.

The last hour of the work session I spent starting to work on the sub inventory section. I am starting right at the main root or the part category level. I'm building the opening for the new stuff for sub inventory. This will end up being part of the phase 3 for sub inventory. Good stuff.

On a fun side note, I printed off brainstorming docs and I am trying to get all of the pieces together in one spot. This will be a fun project as long as we keep spending time on it. The time issue is the key.

Shop 1446 General 9/14/2016   Worked about half an hour on new database updates for sub inventory. I'm planning on opening things up a bit. More getting organized for the phase 3 of sub inventory project.

Shop 1783 State API 9/14/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Steve. We spent the whole time working on his state API socket connection pages. Some of the work we did today was dealing with finishing and closing sub inventory packages. We also did some single drill-down pages and some multi process pages for finishing and closing packages. Steve is getting pretty good and is really trying hard to understand the logic of what is going on. That is exciting.

Shop 1629 Adilas time 9/15/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Steve and Alan. All of us were working on different projects. I was updating and making changes to sub inventory. Alan was working on sub sign-off's for elements of time, and Steve was working on state API calls. Good work session.

As a side note, I was working on sub inventory templates and decided to jump out and work on sub part categories in order to make that part of the new sub inventory stuff. Hopefully I'm not taking too broad of a scoop. Some of these topics get deep quickly.

Shop 1846 Go through the addCorp method with Steve 9/15/2016   The addCorp method is the function that setups up a new corporation or world inside of the adilas universe. It would be really good to go into that method/function with Steve and see what defaults need to be flipped and/or altered to better server our users.

Also as a side note, that same section may benefit from some sort of package type interface where we could set a certain variable (package level or industry specific value) and then flip the defaults and settings accordingly. The other option might be to run the normal addCorp method and then apply any special package or industry specific settings after the fact. That way, they could be ran at any time. Anyways, just some ideas.

Shop 1913 Be able to email statements 9/15/2016   David Berkenkotter emailed me and asked if we could email statements like we do invoices and quotes. I thought that was a great idea and told him that I would record it.

As a side note, there is also a setting in the ecommerce land that allows for statements to be created and shown from the customer portal or from ecommerce land. Those ideas might go good together to round out that functionality.

Shop 1845 Bear 100 Meeting 9/15/2016   Went into Logan and Bridgerland to meet with the Bear 100 radio guys. We met and talked about last year's race. They gave me a 17 page document that they did right after the race last year. Sadly, I haven't see the document until tonight. We are now about 1 week away from the race. I told them that I would look at it and get back with them. No promises were made other than I would reach out and let them know where things are at.

As a side note, I don't think that all 17 pages of the document are about adilas and the race tracking program. I think it is a full review of all of the radio players and what was good and bad and/or needs improvement.

Exported a copy of some of the adilas data to put in storage and burn to disk. These were raw database files for elements of time, sub comments for elements of time, time templates, media/content records, web/API documentation files, help files, permission lists, etc.

Once I got the data down to my machine, I created a temp database and imported all of the data. I then started writing simple pages to pull the data in a more printer friendly way. I then printed out what I had. I went through all of the paper that I had on hand. I will need to go and buy more paper. I got the media/content files (just the descriptions and tie-in data) and started into the main elements of time.

When I did the print preview, there was well over 1,000+ pages just for the elements of time. I don't have that much paper, but I started to print anyways. I've wanted to do this for quite some time now. Not sure why I have felt prompted to do this, but I guess that I'm on the job.

Shop 1852 GDA: Custom email and invoice numbers, ADI-153 9/19/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Bryan. We went through about 10 pages and did a code sign-off on Bryan's code for new random invoice, quote, and PO numbers. Alan had helped him last week with some of the code. There were 4 main files and we made a few changes but not too bad.

We then went over some of his changes to some custom PDF's that get populated for a single customer. That took a little bit longer and we had some other page and code clean-up that had to happen. We got it all done and merged the code into the master branch. We also pushed up the code to all servers.

Shop 1631 Adilas time 9/20/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Alan. Trying to show him around the databases and how the application is being used currently. We looked at some corp stats, inactive and dead data, as well as the goal and vision of the world building project and such (getting people onto their own individual databases - galaxies, clusters, solar systems, and worlds). We bounced between servers, looked at data tables, looked at the GPS core graphic, help files, and even jumped from server to server to look around. Good session on concepts and where things are currently at.

As a side note, I really get excited when I can show some vision and where we are headed. It is also fun to show how far along the journey we have come. Both sides are fun and bring me joy. :)

Shop 1449 Calvin Chipman 9/20/2016   Half an hour phone call with Shannon. We set her up on data 4 and data 5 with usernames and passwords. We talked about servers and who is monitoring things. We also talked about clinging to hope as we go forward. Good building discussion.

On the phone with Calvin for almost half an hour talking about new changes, hiring new employees (on his side to help him), and doing some light catch-up. We also lightly talked about doing conversions and showing specific values vs. what is really being tracked behind the scenes in the system (smoke and mirrors).

Shop 1771 Russell Moore 9/20/2016   On a Zoom session with Russell. We went over some database ideas and options. Russell was showing me some more settings and AFB (adilas for business) themes for the secure environment. Russell is working on some mobile ready themes and such. Pretty cool.

We then did a whole session talking about the Adilas "Any Scheduler" - AKA elements of time. We did some scenarios and used the computer as a virtual whiteboard using the drawing tools and what not. Fun little session. See the photos/scans for a small sample of what we were doing. We did a number of those.

We also went through some of the existing tools and talked briefly about how they could be interconnected. We touched quite a bit on corporations (worlds), store/locations, payees (people or users), elements of time and subs of time, flex grid tie-ins, and media/content (files and documents). Good session. Lots of concepts being used and taught.

Shop 1847 Questions 9/20/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Dave Forbis. We talked about some proposal stuff for the charter school (prices and rough estimates). We then switched and looked at a custom project that Bryan and Dave have been working on. Dave just needed some technical help with a page that is mostly wired up, but still needs a little bit of loving. We drew out some scenarios and documented what needs to be done. I told him that I would help them as soon as I could. The goal is to help Bryan and Dave create a cookie cutter type project that they can do over and over again with small tweaks.

Shop 1853 Recording notes and other general stuff 9/21/2016   Recording notes and catching up on shop time entries. Yesterday I got in two good concept sessions talking about vision and where we are headed. That stuff fuels me.

Spent some time making a quote for the Thomas Edison Charter Schools. Tried to detail things out enough but also provide some flex and cushion for the developers and trainers. Hopefully we are learning some lessons and setting ourselves up for success.

Read a 17 page document from the last Bear 100 race (back in 2015). Took a bunch of notes and got some good ideas that will help the system.

Shop 1450 Phone call with Russell 9/21/2016   Hour long phone call with Russell. We were talking about options, black boxes, API sockets (play at the wall), and possible use of themes throughout the system. There was a lot of talk about balance and balancing new and old directions. We want to be able to help build and provide for multiple different industries to all play in the same field, yet be totally different (in logic, code, flow, function, and display). Super cool conversation today. Looking to change things up and go in some new directions.

Shop 1849 Adilas Rep & Consultant Meeting 9/22/2016   On a Zoom meeting and session with Russell and Chris Johnnie to show off some of the new AFB (adilas for business) stuff. Great meeting with Russell and Chris doing most of the talking. They showed some of the adilas market (adilas world project), ecommerce, and other new settings and such. They did a great job and there were a number of other reps and key players on the session.

This was somewhat of the first 3rd party solution update and webinar that has happened. That is exciting. I think that those involved were also excited to see some of the new pieces that were coming down the pipeline.

Shop 1856 Working on the Bear 100 9/23/2016   Working on the new aid stations and changes for the Bear 100 race. Huge session. Almost 30 hours straight. Tons of building, tech support, and building out new tools. Exports to CSV, updating for new aid stations, and then building a huge new toolset that allows for manual entries in a one-by-one option, bulk entry (10 at a time), and a simple manual update process.

Expand and do some scans and screen shots. That might be kinda fun.

Shop 1634 Adilas time 9/27/2016   Yesterday was pretty rough. Today was much better. We were on a GoToMeeting session with Alan, Nick, and Steve. We started out going over hours, rates, numbers, schedules, and where we are at. We got approval from Steve for both Nick and Alan to help out as much as possible. We talked some numbers and payment options. That will really help me out. We also talked about moving into the phase 3 round of sub inventory and paving the roadway. We talked about a push from October 1st, to December 31st as our push and project window.

After that, we jumped back in and worked on a known hole and issue with sub inventory. We mapped things out, drew diagrams, and then coded the pages. We are trying to redo and virtually fill in some gaps for data that was deleted by the prior way things were coded. Pretty in-depth mapping and logic process. It was fun to map it out and then go in and really make it work. We just have a little bit more testing and that part of the update will be done. Good stuff.

Shop 1453 Calvin Chipman 9/27/2016   On a phone call talking about Calvin's GMexting (group mass texting) service. We talked some rough number commissions and goals. We talked single texts vs. mass texts and how they compare. I was expressing to Calvin that a smaller text may be very useful in scheduling, sales related pieces, warnings, inventory levels, events, etc.

Having said that, I do see a need for both single and mass texting options. We are going to try to setup a conference call to talk with Calvin and Steve Daniels and myself and Steve Berkenkotter. That will be good.

It is fun to see and watch. We worked on some corp level settings and how you can have payee (user) level settings override the corp settings and vice versa. Pretty cool.

The second half of the session was pulling in permission based settings and starting into some simple cart logic for Russell's new AFB (adilas for business) headers and such.

We went over some details and had some verbal discussions. See attached for some notes from the call. Some key words are: Expo, Alliance Financial Network, API socket connecdtion, white label, and virtual wallet solution.

After the call, I talked with both Shawn and Dave separately to go over some additional details and what is wanted, needed, and who will do what. Good session.

Shop 1881 CCG Custom Cart for Dave and Bryan 9/30/2016   On a GoToMeeting session with Bryan. We were trying to valid logins to work on the new data 6 server. We pulled some raw SQL and data from data 0 and then pushed it up to the data 6 server. We kept having problems. We ended up finding out that the database connection had limited permissions and would not allow for more advanced SQL actions such as create, alter, and drop. Once we got that fixed, everything else started going faster.

Paying some bills and making some small phone calls. Light clean-up.
