	Shop 378		Global update for new tax withholdings	1/1/2016	Ran global updates on all state and federal tax withholdings for all servers. Used a special page that copies all of the 2015 values for 2016. Huge time saver and I'm thankful that I had those files in our code library. Late night.

	Shop 377		Working with Shawn on Payroll	1/2/2016	Shawn came over to my house. We got him new code base files, a new database, and updated tax tables from the live server. We also talked about some upcoming needs and we dipped into 1099's and W-2's. We also ran a manual report of sorts to help figure out commissions on payroll and who is using it. We have just under 50 clients currently running on the adilas payroll features. The commission was just under $300 a month right now. It was fun to see those numbers start to pop up and become a reality.

	Shop 368		Beaver Mountain	1/4/2016	Went in to Logan. Worked with Daniel on a fix for Blum and The Green Door. We spent the first 1.5 hours working on the loyalty points and making sure that they printed on the mini receipts. Once we jumped onto the Beaver project (10:30 - 12:30) we worked on making the horizontal time view page go from a scratch file to a live file. We were transferring code, refining comments and flow, and prepping for new interfaces. Great session.

	Shop 372		Adilas World	1/4/2016	Nick and I worked on the media/content section of the adilas world project. We were em-bedding and pointing videos, showing custom photo galleries, and doing downloadable documents. Lots of prep and work with using the media/content (files) section. Lots of progress.

	Shop 373		Adilas Label Wizard Postcard	1/4/2016	Working on a postcard for Calvin and his label wizard project. Working in Photoshop to make the print ready ad. I got all of the verbage from an email from Calvin. See attached for a small preview.

	Shop 379		Working on cart functions	1/4/2016	Bryan and I worked on some functions and methods for the shopping cart functionality. We finished up the start cart method and did some testing. Lots of concepts and learning for transfer.

	Shop 385		Updating federal and state allowances & other tech support	1/4/2016	Uploaded and ran an .sql file that Shawn gave me for all new federal and state allowances. This is part of the payroll process and deals with calculating withholdings. Also did some clean-up of the elements of time for the shop. Trying to stay on top of things. Small emails and light tech support.

	Shop 448		Recording notes and hours	1/9/2016	Recording notes in my notebook. My wife and I took our son Tanner to a wrestling meet. Tanner wrestled 3 times in eight hours. He did pretty good. He lost the first one but was right there. He won the second match and got pined in the third match. While we were waiting, I was recording notes from loose post-it notes and loose pages into my notebook. We were at the meet for about 8 hours. As a fun note, I was recording from 9/25/15 to 10/9/15. Lots of good stuff happening during that time. One thing that stuck out was the need for custom on multiple levels. That includes custom code and logic, custom interfaces and look and feel, and custom data storage options. You need all of those pieces to really do custom.

	Shop 444		Beaver Mountain Meeting With Debbie	1/13/2016	Went over to Beaver Mountain (logan office) to meet with Debbie. Shannon and Kris Kofed were there. Daniel did some presenting and I helped prep some consulting stuff and planning with Shannon. They seemed excited and when Daniel and I left, Shannon and Kris were still there and planning on doing some training.

	Shop 388		sales page/Adilas world	1/13/2016	Working on the pick a color CSS page. Going through a page and figuring out the variables that we need.

	Shop 432		Quotes	1/13/2016	Doing quotes with Dave and Louisa. We also involved Bryan, Will, and Daniel on the different quotes. The subjects for the quotes were API sockets, digital signatures, custom reports, and direct deposits between employers and employees (numerous outside banks). Dave and I were talking while Louisa was taking notes and adding info to different time slots projects.

	Shop 447		Beaver Mountain	1/13/2016	Daniel and I were working on the budget for the project. We also did a bunch of planning for what else was still needed. We worked in Excel and on paper to do some planning. We also did some light work on the main project id (time id # 124). Daniel and I also settled up with the Beaver Passes. Daniel got 4 day passes and a season pass. The shop got 10 day passes that we will use inside the shop to get things done.

	Shop 445		Beaver Mountain	1/14/2016	Met with Daniel at the shop for an early morning session. We worked on a custom page to help do sub tie-ins for the flex grid. Basically the page comes from a host player and helps search some other sub player inside the system. Once it finds the new sub, it then links to a special page that will have some of the flex grid tie-ins that are needed. Long story made short, this page will help us customize the add mode for flex grid tie-ins. Good stuff.

	Shop 402		Sub Inventory	1/14/2016	On a GoToMeeting session with Steve. We fixed a bug on passing part numbers in the URL. We also added some sub inventory values to the grouped balance sheet look-backs. As a note, the current sub inventory look-backs do not play with the balance sheet look-back dates. Once we were done with some of these changes, Steve and I worked on the Flash to HTML my cart favorite buttons sign-off. We started to sign-off and merge pages on the code changes that were done by Alan Williams.

	Shop 446		Beaver Mountain	1/14/2016	Working on some of the prep searches for adding the limited flex grid tie-ins. Lots of work and prep to get the page to work in different modes and be able to pass the correct data back and forth.

	Shop 434		Adilas Icon Project	1/14/2016	Working through the logic on the new shopping cart methods. We were doing research and checking on code line by line. The current project is pulling out older in-line code and turning it into method calls and functions.

Notes: We had a great turn out. Dave Forbis did most of the planning for the event. We had Dave and his niece, Will and his wife, Garrett and his wife, Derrick, Alan and his wife and family, Bryan and his wife and family, Calvin and his wife, Shawn and his wife, Daniel and his wife, Chris Johnnie and his wife and kids, my family, my mom and dad, and Shannon stopped by for a bit. We had pizza and potluck goodness! Some of the guys played games (farkle), some watched a movie (national treasure), and some just chatted. Fun event!

	Shop 349		Brandon Gone All Friday	1/15/2016	Great day on the hill. I taught a 2-hour mountain adventure class. We worked on jumps and riding powder. I met up with Daniel in the afternoon and we took a number of runs together.

	Shop 504		Working with Shawn	1/16/2016	On a phone call with Shawn. He was showing me some code that he was working on to dynamically populate a table with rows from a database. Basically, we would run the query and then populate it into a special function. That function would get the data and then allow us to dynamically loop over things without having to hardcode the HTML output. Pretty cool. This could be used for grid like updates of bulk data. The possibilities are many. The name of the function is GetMetaData and then you pass in the object. ColdFusion does the rest. Pretty cool!

	Shop 505		Emails and replying to clients	1/16/2016	Emails to Alicia at Blum about a refund for some custom code work that was done back in April of 2015 by Garrett for a custom report to help with an export to QuickBooks. Another email back to Full Circle Interactive Media about a two-way API socket connection for customer opt in/out options.

	Shop 506		Getting data for Calvin	1/16/2016	Did some data exports and prep work for Calvin. He needed a number of fields and tables from the data 2 server. I spent a good hour or so just getting tables exported. I then FTPed the files and tables down to my computer. While they were downloading, Calvin and I talked about some world building options and how we could potentially use a Windows based tool to get the database splitting and database cloning done much quicker. Lots of fun options. We talked about servers, tools, needs, and lots of other topics. There may be tons of potential to use Calvin's knowledge of Windows tools to help automate the processes for servers and database stuff. Once the data got all pulled down and transferred over to Calvin's box, we got the new tables imported and updated on his local testing machine. Good session.

	Shop 497		Beaver Mountain	1/16/2016	Daniel came over to work on the Beaver Mountain project. Calvin was over at my house so I had to split between them. We didn't get a whole lot done on Daniel's project. We did have a chance to talk about how to schedule developer time and how to help the shop be more efficient. Daniel and I worked on what is needed for the settings page for custom add special flex grid tie-in page.

	Shop 507		Working on 2015 W-2's and 1099's	1/16/2016	Prep for new tax settings. Changed out main passwords for servers.

	Shop 511		Recording Notes	1/18/2016	Recording loose pages into my notebook. Working on dates back in October of 2015 (10/10 and 10/12). Busy crazy times. As a fun note, these were the days when I decided to come back and work at the adilas shop vs. from my home. Interesting chain of events.

	Shop 512		2015 tax updates	1/18/2016	Email updates and working on 2015 PDF's for 1099's and W-2's. I got files from Shawn and then I merged files, checked code, and pushed up files.

	Shop 463		Adilas Shop Taxes	1/18/2016	Worked with Steve over the phone. We had to fix a small bug on the my cart favorites section. This was dealing with some new session variables that were launched by me this morning with some payroll updates. We then went over some expenses and invoices in the adilas shop to prep for taxes.

	Shop 452		Adilas icon/server	1/18/2016	Met with Bryan to work on new code for icon menus. We pushed up 38 new files and then did some live testing. Small tweaks and signing off on code. Bryan used my computer after we were done to finish up things and push all of the code into the master branch.

	Shop 516		Be able to upload CSV's of time	1/18/2016	Russell had the idea to be able to upload CSV (comma separated values) files to elements of time. This would allow us to go into something like MS Excel and create a schedule and then pull the data directly into adilas. This could also allow us to integrate with other time keeping software programs that export their data to CSV. Great idea.

	Shop 513		Beaver Mountain	1/18/2016	Helped Daniel with a dynamic array for adding flex grid line items. Working on dynamics and pulling correct values out of the array in order to display the correct settings.

	Shop 403		Calvin Chipman	1/18/2016	On a phone call with Calvin. We worked on settings and values for my cart favorites and smart group buttons. Calvin is working on a project that is using smart group logic out in the ecommerce and/or shop folder pages. We also talked about the world building and database tools. I proposed a 50/50 split on the tools and what they could do for duplicating worlds, creating new worlds, and migrating worlds out of the shared environment (the bus) and into their own worlds (cars or motorcycles). Good session.

	Shop 503		API socket basics	1/18/2016	Met with Bryan about API socket jobs and projects. He has a project for Full Circle Interactive Media. We went over concepts, flow, engines, and even black box concepts. We then went in and played around with the show adilas API socket page. I gave Bryan an assignment to read a couple of pages to get more familiar with what is going on. We worked through a small demo and did some local debugging. Small intro class.

	Shop 474		Beaver Mountain - storing JSON for flex grid settings	1/18/2016	Russell gave up his time slot for Daniel. We worked on adding in code to store JSON settings and then repopulate forms and values using the new settings. Lots of dynamics.

	Shop 436		Working with Daniel on Beaver Mountain	1/18/2016	Daniel came over and we worked on the add limited flex grid page. This page uses hundreds of custom show/hide settings and defaults. I think there is somewhere around 500+ settings on this page. Pretty crazy.

	Shop 496		Beaver Mountain	1/19/2016	Met with Daniel at the shop to do some more work on the Beaver Mountain project. We spent the whole session working on the add limited flex grid page. Lots of work on settings, dynamics, and prepping for showing the output. We spent quite a bit of time working on the dynamics and how to use dynamic array notation.

	Shop 430		Clean-up	1/19/2016	Emails, clean-up, and tech support. Cleaned up a number of elements of time in the Brandon Time section. Trying to keep up on notes and comments. Also recorded a number of ideas and things to do. Small work with Dave on some quotes and direction.

	Shop 475		Icons/Full Circle- Bryan	1/19/2016	Working with Bryan on the Full Circle opt in/out API calls. We did some research, planning, and actually started coding the pages and method calls.

	Shop 517		Help sell more custom look & feel	1/19/2016	Steve had the idea to add more verbage and/or clickable options to show people what is possible on the CSS and corp look and feel page. Basically, help show people what is available, what has been done, and what could be done. Good stuff.

	Shop 453		Sales page- Russell	1/19/2016	Talking with Russell about direction, the hub, the shop, and what we could do together as a group. Pretty loose conversation and just shooting the bull.

	Shop 464		Sub Inventory	1/19/2016	Worked with Steve on a GoToMeeting session. We talked about sub inventory, transfer invoices, and showing the location on the sub inventory details. We looked at some of his code and also talked with Garrett and Will about the Washington API for Bio-Track. We also talked about a client's request for a refund on an older custom code project. Steve is going to smooth that deal out and we'll just go from there.

	Shop 537		Emails and tech support	1/20/2016	Went into Logan. Talked with Bryan about a custom code job. We decided to use Dave as the project manager to help us get lined out and very specific on the project requests and needs. We also talked about employees (dependables). I briefly talked with Russell about options for funding and how we could get additional persons to help buy into the goal of making adilas succeed and go forward.

	Shop 454		Adilas icon/server	1/20/2016	Bryan and I pushed 7 new icon menu files live. We checked each file and merged it with master. This took the first 1.25 hours. We then started working on the Full Circle API socket for opt in/out. We started going through the API engine and checking every error message to make sure we knew where we were at.

	Shop 405		Calvin Chipman	1/20/2016	Calvin called and we went over a demo for his quick SQL viewer. It looks great and will save us tons of time. Exciting stuff.

	Shop 457		Adilas World/ Adilas for Business	1/20/2016	Working with Nick on some adilas world stuff. We worked on formatting a contact us form and using the adilas email stuff to help send some emails. Small little tweaks to his adilas for business stuff.

	Shop 477		sales page	1/20/2016	Working with Russell on the pick a color CSS settings. There are close to 200 settings for this page. We formatted values and started to look up colors, sizes, and CSS values. Light training on JSON and how to get things in and out of that format.

	Shop 478		sales page	1/21/2016	Russell and I worked on the pick a color CSS settings. Calvin was using my machine to update some SQL software, so I used Russell's computer to do the work this morning. Russell also showed me a demo of what he is thinking about for the adilas university site. Good stuff.

	Shop 455		Adilas icon/server	1/21/2016	Bryan and I signed off on 10 new icon menu pages. We merged the files and pushed new code to all servers. We also worked on the API socket calls for Full Circle - opt in/out. After that, we also made a new test page for API socket connections. The test pages simulates the API but keeps things locally (just memory). This will be a good thing for future API development.

	Shop 406		Calvin Chipman	1/21/2016	Getting a new SQL viewer app installed. We also did some work locally on his database for Emerald Fields and getting some new my cart favorite button data.

	Shop 465		Sub Inventory	1/21/2016	Working with Steve on a GoToMeeting session. We went over some small bugs, made a couple small fixes, and looked over some of the new tools that Calvin is working on for SQL stuff. We worked on a sales query and then pushed up the new sales report.

	Shop 541		Setting up data 4	1/21/2016	Working with Bryan on setting up the new data 4 servers. We spent most of the time on phone calls with tech support. Bryan and Garrett are going to be working on the servers.

This is where you take an entire database table and break it into each and every field or column name. We talked about using JSON or a real look-up table. We decided on a normal database table for the settings. 	Shop 350		Brandon Gone All Friday	1/22/2016	Great day on the hill. Taught 3 lessons. One was a mountain adventure class with 5 younger kids. We did some jumps, powder, and introduction to trees and traverse trails. The other two classes were week 1 of the college classes. I have a high level freestyle class at 12:30 and then an intermediate freeride class at 2:30.

	Shop 548		Phone call with Calvin	1/23/2016	On a phone call with Calvin. We went over a couple different projects. We talked about his database field settings project and his SQL viewer app. Most of the time was spent going over the database field settings project and what is needed. We talked database fields, defaults, special needs, etc. We also talked about using the table to hold the fallback defaults for all corps. That way, if they have custom settings we use them, if not, we use the settings we store in the database. We also talked about how some of these new projects are pioneering projects and may have longer timelines and multiple unknowns. We need to keep open communication to help make them as smooth as possible. Slow and steady wins the race.

	Shop 549		Follow-up on some Amex chargebacks	1/23/2016	Doing some follow-up on a number of Amex chargebacks from a lady by the name of Rebecca Martin. Built a small Excel spreadsheet to document what I was seeing. Send an email to Steve and David about the findings and the charges. I'm not sure who this person is. See attached for a small copy of the findings.

	Shop 466		Sub Inventory	1/25/2016	On a GoToMeeting session with Steve. We worked on some questions that he had for a report to export to Excel. After that, we started following a small bug on the bank transfer page. We spent the rest of the time working on those changes. Basically, we found that the page was only using one expense type. We ended up passing both an expense type and a deposit type. At the end of the session, we were still doing some final checking on the new changes.

	Shop 538		Adilas World/ Adilas for Business	1/25/2016	Working with Nick on some questions that he had for the adilas world and adilas for business project. We made a couple of changes and did some light planning. Super easy session.

	Shop 480		sales page	1/25/2016	Met with Russell and we talked about ideas for new skins, API socket settings, and balancing loads between personal, spiritual, family, and work. Most of the session was just talking to help me get things back in balance. Things are kinda crazy right now. Lots of talk about goals, priorities, and how to get where we want to be.

	Shop 562		Working with Will on his direct deposit project	1/25/2016	Met with Will and talked about his queries, flow, and how to map out the correct data. He is working on a direct deposit project for a client. Lots of talk and work on database joins and mapping out data.

	Shop 498		Adilas icon/server	1/25/2016	Met with Bryan to work on the Full Circle API socket settings. We tested the rest of the code and settings. We merged code into master and pushed to all servers. We also spent some time to document the API socket. Pushed new tables to all servers.

	Shop 467		tiered pricing	1/26/2016	On a phone call with Steve talking about switching over project management from me to Steve. Basically, put Dave Forbis and Steve together to do quotes. That would be really cool! I then jumped on a GoToMeeting session with Bryan and Steve. We worked on the smart cart favorites and mixing in a new treat as a group (for quantities) setting. We did some light sub inventory work and then worked on cascading the new code around. Most of the time was reworking and tightening up sub inventory code. Our final goal is a prep step to help with grouped tiered pricing and pave the way for some new custom smart cart logic.

	Shop 481		Beaver Mountain	1/26/2016	Working on a custom report for Beaver Mountain. The report mixes employees and flex grid values. We took a couple of pages and did a major trim job to get the page to work. We almost got done, but still need some light work on the flex grid part of it. Good session.

	Shop 431		Quotes	1/26/2016	Quotes with Dave, Will, Louisa, and Steve. We talked about a number of quotes here in the shop and then slowly transitioned into Steve, Dave, and Louisa talking about different quotes. Steve is going to be heading up quotes with Dave and I will be a backup person to help with more technical questions. Basically, they'll do some of the leg work and then I'll chime in if needed. Once Dave and Steve started going on their own quotes, I ended up working with Daniel on his custom reports for Beaver Mountain. He is working on a special report between customers, elements of time, and custom flex grid fields.

	Shop 564		Talking with Dave about vision	1/26/2016	Talking with Dave about some goals, vision and direction. We also talked about using Steve as a go to on quotes and how that can help. We also talked about Dave floating to different projects as the needs arise. Good stuff.

	Shop 565		Working with Daniel on Beaver Mountain	1/26/2016	Daniel came over to my house and we worked on his custom reports for the Beaver Mountain project. We fixed a couple of errors and optimized the reports and output. We then reviewed and pushed a number of files up to master and all servers. We logged in and did some live testing of the new pages. We still have some tweaks to make and do, but we are getting closer. Good session.

	Shop 468		Sub Inventory	1/27/2016	Working with Bryan on smart group button logic and how to check for price tier breaks. Line by line work on the advanced_add_cart_smart.cfm page. Lots of back and forth and checking FORM and variables inside of multiple loops.

	Shop 483		Adilas icon/server	1/27/2016	Working with Bryan to finish up the code to handle smart group buttons as a real quantity group. The old way allowed assignments and rules but then treated each item as its own item. The new way, if they click a small checkbox, allows the sum of the quantities to play into the group. This is only set for the add mode. Once it gets into the main cart, the logic stops and it becomes an independent item. Anyways, we got the page done and pushed it up to the server.

	Shop 500		Beaver Mountain	1/27/2016	Went with Daniel to the Logan Beaver Mountain Office. We met with Debbie and went over some requests as well as new reports and features that she wanted. We got some new ideas and Daniel took some notes. We need some ease of use pieces, navigation, quick buttons, and preset values to help make things faster and smoother. She also wanted the horizontal time view to show data per person on a single line. Currently, the horizontal view shows each record on its own line.

	Shop 469		Sub Inventory	1/28/2016	Working with Steve on a GoToMeeting session. We went over a small bug on the new grouped quantities for smart group buttons (new groups for tiered pricing). We made some changes and posted new files online. We then went in and started working some more on the bank transfer pages. Going through the different method calls and checking the hardcoded values. Fixed a couple of other small bugs.

	Shop 553		Beaver Mountain	1/28/2016	Working with Daniel on the budget and timeline for the Beaver Mountain project. We listed needs out and assigned priorities to the different tasks. I got assigned the limited flex grid add mode stuff (tons of new flex grid settings). We also decided that if they need some new elements of time settings, such as default start and end times, we would need to run that through a different custom project for $500. The rest of the stuff will be on Daniel. Also, we will be planning out some of the new changes vs. sitting together and just coding.

	Shop 572		We need a couple of new icons with transparent backgrounds	1/28/2016	We need to get Russell to make us some new icons for the following places: the no photos icon, the blank folder icon, the filled folder icon, and the gears (for the page settings). Currently all of these icons are square and have a background color of white or grey. We need to make them with transparent backgrounds.

	Shop 573		Fix the new flex grid fields	1/28/2016	On the new flex grid fields that Will Hudson did... I think we will have a problem if they get edited. If yes (edited), we will overwrite them with the normal defaults. So, basically, Will's code uses things like: corp 2, main id 2, sub id, sub id 2, table name, table name 2, external alternate id, and special JSON storage (a bunch of new fields for cross corp stuff). That is great, but when you edit the flex grid, the old defaults are pass to the update method on the add_edit_flex_grid_action.cfm page. This will end up overwriting the real values that should be stored there. Small oversight. We'll need to go in and fix this. This could be done by passing those new values in hidden fields between the add/edit page and the action page. While we are in on the add_edit_flex_grid_action.cfm page... I would recommend that we put the new fields (method arguments) into alphabetical order. Currently the new fields are just listed at the bottom of the different method calls. It would help standardize things if they were alphabetic. If we really wanted to make these new features more dynamic, we could also create FORM params for the main add/edit page. We could then pass them through just like normal FORM params. The key there is to set the defaults on the top of the page, then validate as if they are real (which they will be once we start using them), and then making them dynamic in both the add and update methods. That would be really cool.

	Shop 412		Calvin Chipman	1/28/2016	Phone call and JoinMe session with Calvin. He showed me the progress on the database field settings project. This is where you can see all of the database fields for a single database table. You are then able to select show/hide, sort options, defaults, aliases, special instructions, ect. He is making great progress and it is looking good. We decided to disable the required yes/no option and the max and min rules for now. That may have to be part of the next round.

	Shop 484		Beaver Mountain	1/28/2016	Spent some time with Daniel planning out a couple new pages for the Beaver project. We spent the first hour and a half brainstorming and writing down what we need to do. I then gave Daniel the task of fine tuning the plan. This is a small paradigm shift for us. We've been accustomed to sitting together and coding line by line and page by page. Hopefully, this will help us get a bigger picture and then start getting into the details later on. My goal is to enable these guys and help them code things on their own. I'm trying to follow the boy scout teaching model of E.D.G.E. with is for Explain, Demonstrate, Gide, and Enable. We are just trying and experimenting on how things are working... We've been working on all of the other pieces except for the Enable portion. This is the piece that is kinda new for us. Good stuff.

	Shop 501		Adilas icon/server	1/28/2016	Working with Bryan on his custom project for Lee Hansen and A Touch of Style out of Texas. Bryan and I did some mappings on the custom flex grid fields and how they relate to the custom invoices. We also did some light training on other settings and how they will be playing part of the bigger picture coming down the road.

	Shop 574		General stuff	1/28/2016	Updated some elements of time in the shop. Added some notes and ideas about new icons and flex grid fields. Also checked and posted the bank transfer code that Steve and I were working on this morning. Small emails.

	Shop 575		Meeting with Shawn about payroll taxes	1/28/2016	On a GoToMeeting session with Shawn. We went over some of the new code and values for New Mexico. We also talked about Federal taxes and other states that are coming down the line. Shawn handed off some code to me to push live.

	Shop 351		Brandon Gone All Friday	1/29/2016	Great day on the hill... Taught a clinic on intro to moguls for the instructors. This was a simple clinic using pressure and pivot to stall out and gain some time. I then taught the mountain adventure class with Allie (another instructor). This was the last class of 4 for our mountain adventure class. They are smaller kids (7-13 years) but really fun. We worked on ollies and riding powder and trees. I then did both of my college classes in the afternoon. Good snow and lots of fun in the trees. The last college class we did a little bit about spins and light rotation.

	Shop 576		Working with Daniel on the Beaver Mountain project	1/30/2016	On a GoToMeeting session with Daniel going over some needs for a custom report to show the Beaver instructors and their clinics that they have taken. We spent some time brainstorming and talking about where the data is coming from. We then started to do some light coding. Daniel had uninstalled some C++ code on his machine and it was affecting his Dreamweaver and ColdFusion stuff. We spent 45 minutes messing around with that. I was prepping some tax stuff from Shawn while Daniel was getting his system up and going. We then started working on some date manipulation stuff. I was trying to lead Daniel in the development process. We kinda struggled on what to do and how to get to the end goal. I gave him a homework assignment to figure out how to get the current month (starting date and ending date) into variables. I'm trying to help teach him how to think on his own vs. just waiting for me to help him out. It's ok, this is just part of the learning process.

	Shop 577		Meeting with Chris Dunsey about inventory tracking	1/30/2016	On a GoToMeeting session with Chris Dunsey. We went over sub inventory, normal inventory, smart group buttons, and the new option to treat the quantities as a group for smart groups. Basically, Chris is the developer that is helping Jane420 with their kiosk system. In order for Jane to get all of the correct pricing matrixes, they need the rules and assignments from the smart groups. They also need a way to watch and control prices and values based off of quantities in the cart. Our meeting today was to get Chris a overview of what is going on what we have in place to help with the current issues. Mostly it was a catch-up and summary of sub inventory and smart group buttons. Good stuff.
