The AI quick search is a simple natural language search field that allows you to put in normal text, options, prompts, and keywords to navigate the adilas system. Below is a list of possible options and prompts.

Cart Options:

• new cart :: new countersale shopping cart
• new customer cart :: new customer shopping cart
• add cart line [item id] :: Add 1 of a specific customer to the shopping cart.
• add cart line [item id] qty [quantity] :: Add a set quantity of a specific customer to the shopping cart.
• item [barcode] :: Use this to either look-up the item (no cart exists) or auto add one to the existing cart (if that corp-wide setting is turned on)
• view cart :: view the current shopping cart
• clear cart :: clear the current shopping cart
• checkout :: Go to the cart checkout page
• quick cash :: Use cash to pay for the full cart value
• customer assign [id] :: Assign a specific customer to the cart. The id must be the correct id value.

Part or Item Options:

• item home :: Go to the parts or item homepage
• item adv :: Go to the advanced search page for parts or items
• item all :: Show all parts or items
• item [value] :: Use this to search almost any part of the parts or items. Example: item ice cream, or item hot
• item [id] :: Use this to search for the part id or item id. Example item 5656
• item [barcode] :: Use this to either look-up the item (no cart exists) or auto add one to the existing cart (if that corp-wide setting is turned on)

customer Options:

• customer new :: This will go to the main customer search - we recommend searching before adding.
• customer add new :: Skip the search and go directly to the add new page
• customer assign [id] :: Assign a specific customer to the cart. The id must be the correct id value.
• customer home :: Go to the custom homepage
• customer adv :: Go to the customer advanced search
• customer all :: Show all customer records
• customer last :: Last customer added by you (as a user)
• customer oldhome :: Old customer homepage - classic version
• customer [name] :: Any customer you want to do. Example: "customer Flintstone" would search for "Flintstone".
• customer [?] :: This is the basic alpha/numeric search. You can also put emails and phone numbers here. Example: "customer 5555" would search for either customer with the id of 5555 or a customer with a phone number with 5555 as part of the phone number.

Invoice Options:

• invoice [number] :: Go directly to a specific invoice. Example: invoice 777
• invoice new :: Start a new shopping cart
• invoice home :: Go to the invoice homepage
• invoice adv :: Go to the invoice advanced search page
• invoice basic :: Go to the old invoice homepage or basic invoice homepage. You can also use "invoice old" to do the same thing.
• invoice all :: Grab all invoices
• invoice [name] :: Any invoices for a specific customer. Keep it simple. Example: invoice Flintstone

Quote Options:

• quote [number] :: Go directly to a specific quote. Example: quote 2525
• quote new :: Start a new shopping cart
• quote home :: Go to the quote homepage
• quote adv :: Go to the quote advanced search
• quote all :: Show all quotes
• quote [name] :: Any quotes for a specific customer. Keep it simple. Example: quote Flintstone
