This is a special page to help you directly email both invoices and quotes directly from Adilas.biz to your clients. Once your client gets the email, they will be given a link that will go directly to their invoice or quote. The link will be pointed to an Adobe PDF version of the invoice or quote to make it easy to save for your customer or client.

As a note, there are some admin corp-wide settings that will help control the send from email address as well as pre-populating the send CC (carbon copy) section of the email form. See that section for more details.

The three required fields are: send email to, subject, and message. The page will try to look-up the customer email address if available. This is stored in the individual customer record on a per customer basis. The subject line and the message text will be pre-populated with basic text and verbage. Feel free to change at will. No problem.

The main message field may contain HTML, if you know how to code that. Also, if you need custom emailing options, please contact support and we can get you a quote. Custom options deal with triggered events, automated emails, email formats (look and feel), custom verbage, attachments, and even custom Adilas.biz email addresses that have your company name as part of the email address.
