Customer/Contact Log
This is the main viewing page for customer info. This is also where you, as a user, may manually add your own log entries for the customer. This could be for sales calls, follow-up on quotes, prospecting new leads, or whatever. There are no limits to the number of log entries that you can make.

To add a new log entry, use the link at the start of the log section. To edit a log entry, click on the contact type link by the correct log entry. The add/edit page is on its own page. There is a help file for that page.

This page differs from the main customer history page in that this page is user-maintained and the history page is system maintained.

If your corporation uses the "customer queue" or virtual waiting room (set in the corp-wide settings), there will be an add to queue button at the top of the page. More help is available from that section. Basically, this is how you record who is next in line and what is the service order or who should be helped.
