This is the invoice payment search page. Each invoice is set up to handle multiple payments. However, the page may or may not display all payments for a single invoice depending on search/filter criteria. This page is designed to help look up values, money types, and dates. For full invoice details, click on the links provided. These links will show full invoice details and history.

There is also an option (button) to help "refine your search". This allows you to further filter the records and show/hide certain sections of the report. This is a way of tightening your results into exactly what you are looking for.

If you have the admin permission over invoices, there will also be options (from the advanced search form) to export any and all of the data to a Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) format. Currently there are five different report exports to the Excel format. They are main invoice details, main invoice groups, invoice line item details, invoice line item groups, and invoice payments. If you don't have access to a Microsoft Office product license (which includes excel), we recommend a FREE software solution called OpenOffice.org or view a help file with more info.
