Notes:
Working with Russell on his new ecommerce skin. We pulled in some new links, formatted descriptions, added new data, and worked more on settings.

Russell wants to add new settings for email stuff, display modes (some of his new or modern display modes), shipping rules (matrix of levels, caps, and roll-overs to free shipping). We also talked about new settings for other pieces that were cool - but I forgot what they were. I'll try to record them when I hear them again.
