Cory and I went over the short and sweet (simple cart) project and looked at a few things. This is a beta cart or prototype model for a new shopping cart inside of adilas secured environment. After that, she and I went into a deep session going over project verbage that we gathered from yesterday's deep dive into a report change for invoice line items. We are trying to get better at lining things up to help the developers go faster and farther without having to have major hand holding from our senior developers and technicians. Basically, spending time on the project management side of the equation. Good stuff.
