Notes:

Talking budgeting and finishing the whole projects. We are making great progress, but we need to keep finishing things up and really releasing what our clients want and/or expect. Basically, in order to move a project off our tick list, we really need it to be fully finished.

We were talking about developers and holding them accountable and how to virtually hold the pay until we get the deliverable. We know that most of our guys are pretty good, but we have had a few that virtually disappear and/or we aren't sure what they are doing or working on. Sometimes the communications break down. We are seeing certain requirements that need to be met, including weekly check in, committing code and projects, and allowing Cory to help manage projects.

Lots of talk about normalizing data and getting master lists and master catalog entries. As things increase and grow, we are seeing more and more needs for the base transactional systems linked with a master or enterprise/aggregate system.

One of the projects that we have docket is dealing with users and their permissions. We just barely launched some new user templates (named preset permissions). We have some clients who already want the next step (called user roles and auto updates of the permission). It is crazy to see how quickly, our clients want the next logical step. Speaking of the next logical thing... our project queue is really growing.

We need to get more into marching orders and better project management. We keep getting pulled into multiple different directions. As a side note, we are seeing more and more needs of a full development shop and working and building out our software package.
