Notes:
Merging in Danny's new session scope code to deal with dynamic customer settings. This had to be launched a day or so before the other parts of this project to make sure that the new session variables got set and created. Super cool. This project has been a long time coming. Years and years and we are actually poking some holes in the wall and starting to cascade some of those pieces.
