Joined up with the guys on the morning meeting. Steve, Russell, Alan, Wayne, Calvin, and I all participated at different times. We started out with Steve and I working on some code. Then Russell came in and we worked with him on some look and feel direction. We want him to focus on the frontend and what we show to the customers and/or potential customers. This deals with new and updates, list of features, and some of the marketing and packaging of the items. Russell pitched a couple of ideas and we listened and then came back to the frontend look and feel stuff. He would love to add some live chat options, email forms, automated settings, and other cool features. He also showed us a cool and simple task management system that he was working on for some training. Alan and I touched base on some projects and then got back to work on what we were doing. Alan is working on both the sales tax expansion project and finishing up some Facebook integration for Campaign Rise. Wayne had some questions on database stuff. Later on, Calvin had some questions on info that he is collecting from Caisson Labs. Lots of good progress for all of the guys and things are moving forward in a good manner. I ended up using the last couple of hours doing emails and tech support. We had to call a couple of clients and go in and checkout some of the code and what not on the data 9 server. Basically, the whole morning was bouncing around and jumping from here to there. It must be Monday. Yee haw. |
