Master License v4 compared to v3.docx   Doc/Text 1/31/2018 This is a copy of the master license agreement that I was reviewing... this is not the signed copy but it has the flavor of what we were looking into. It has some good stuff and helps cover both parties. It feels like pretty good protection for both parties. Lots of legal stuff.


Notes:
Reviewing the master license agreements between us and the Canadian group. See attached for a preview copy. Alan got onto the GoToMeeting session around 10 am and we touched base for a bit. I then finished up my review of the license agreement and then started back into the sales tax expansion project. My job today was to work on the maintenance.cfc page. This has a number of functions that help when creating a new corporation. I went through things and did some updating, merging, commenting, and testing. I then pushed the new files up to the current tax branch.
