Notes:
On the morning GoToMeeting session with Steve. We were talking and chatting about our developers and guys. We've got some great guys and gals that are working with us. In the background, I was merging in code from Alan and Calvin and the sales tax expansion project. I got a call from Calvin and we spent some good time talking on the phone. He was basically sharing where he is at and how things (life in general) were going. I told him we wanted him on the team and consider him an asset with his skills, talents, and personality. After I got off the phone with Calvin, I chatted with Steve once he came back on the meeting. He had a small school Christmas program to go to. We made some plans and really want to help keep Calvin going in a good direction. Good stuff.
