Shopping Cart restriction permission planning

Notes: Working with Bryan to finish up his price lockdown for the shopping cart. We went over pages, added permission checks, & did some custom logic. We then merged in files into the master branch & pushed code up to all servers. This was a good project for Bryan. He was able to get into the project & bust it out in one long day vs. weeks and weeks. That is awesome & imagine that people will use it tons. Good stuff.
