Notes:
Working on the calculate payroll page and the record personal payroll page. Found an error in the JavaScript and had to go backwards to start working on it. The problem dealt with local math helps and auto addition stuff. The other 1-5 fields are conditional plus they deal with either percentages off or straight dollars off. We had to include that logic into the JavaScript.
