Notes:
Steve had the idea to flip the sort order for the database updates. Currently the newest updates are on the bottom... Steve would like us to flip that so the newest updates are on the top.

As a side note, this would help developers who were trying to keep up with new changes but might cause a problem for developers trying to do a new build (from the ground up). If they go in order, each thing will update progressively, if they go in reverse order, there may be problems. This second part of the note was added on 10/9/17.
