Passing off project plan Notes: Met with Will and talked about options. We went over his other cross corp projects and talked about using pieces of those projects. We also went through a couple of scenarios to help make sure that we knew what we were getting in to. That helped both of us get a better picture as well. We also talked a little bit about the application flex grid options. That subject gets a little bit deeper and may not be part of this current project. Nothing against Will or any other developers, but most of them are looking for the easiest way to get the project done (short term). I tend to focus on the ideal or long term solutions. My stuff takes more work and planning... therefore, sometimes it gets disregarded. Interesting. |
