Notes:
Working with Bryan on a GoToMeeting session. We were working on the add/edit options for employee/user photos and uploading the correct images. This will be used for a profile piece outside of the secured environment for Campaign Rise. We also spent a little bit of time and talked about encoding and decoding stored database values. Bryan was getting the correct data but it was encoded for storage. He just needed to know how to decode the values so that he could show it in normal English vs. the stored hash value.
