Notes:
Do the math from the total before discounts not from the total after the first discount. That way you don't double discount things.

Notes: On the phone & on a GoToMeeting session with Hypur. Testing API socket calls & back and forth changes. Long session with multiple attempts. The problem was a rounding error or multiple rounding errors dealing with levels of detail. Anyways, by the end, we had it pretty good or at least to a n acceptable level.
