Notes:
On the morning GoToMeeting session. A guy by the name of Wayne Andersen joined the meeting. He was calling from Portugal. He has been programming for about 40 years. He has written a number of applications from the ground up. For the last 10-12 years he has been in the HV/AC industry. Lots of work with time capture and time calculations. He also worked with some light job costing and then do some reporting. He has done lots of database stuff and written in lots of different languages.

He is looking for 5-10 hours a week and/or a smaller project. He wants a challenge and wants to do some things here and there. He is looking to help with projects, API sockets, automated unit testing, etc.

After meeting with Wayne, Steve and I chatted about some different things and such. The rest of the session was spent doing emails, recording notes, and other small to do list stuff.
