Brainstorming doc on our model and where we need to go and what lines need to be drawn. This was a conversation between Steve and Brandon on 1/31/17. It started out talking about ways to monitor our clients and actually be able to tell what size of a footprint they are making/leaving. We talked about tying in corps to stats and corps to clients and corps to invoices and monthly fees. Good stuff. The conversation then shifted into what size we wanted to be and what were our goals and directions. |

On a GoToMeeting session with Nick and Steve. The first two hours were spent on a brainstorming session between Steve and Brandon. Lots of talk on monitoring and capturing the size of the business footprints that each business is leaving. The goal was somewhat of a quantified price increase type discussion. As the discussion continued, we got into a big conversation about our model, what size of company do we want to be, who are the players, how do things work, what about 3rd parties, what other dependent parts are there, etc. Tons of fun questions. See attached for some notes that were taken from the meeting while we were talking. Expand and put some of the key points here in searchable form... :) Spent some time working on the bulk print cart labels pages. Doing some testing and trying to get things in order. |
