On a GoToMeeting session with Alan and Steve. We ended up migrating some of the data that was needed between corps. This was a corp to corp customer migration. We set it up with a simple web form with some basic info and then ran it based off of first letters of last names. Pretty slick. Alan and I then worked on a custom black box option for the submit cart page. This was one corporation doing a normal invoice and then auto passing invoice data to another adilas site. Basically, a small internal API type transaction. We coded it and used primarily existing functions and methods. It looked pretty clean and straight forward. Cool stuff and a nice little custom wire job. Towards the end, Steve and Alan were working on a cross-corp gram control piece and how the system would feed in data from multiple corps at the same time. |
