On a Zoom session with Russell. We spent the whole time going over Russell's plan for the blog. We over drawings, technical pieces, and even database design options. Russell is getting better and better at planning some of the bigger projects. I'm excited for him and to see how things turn out. I'm really proud of him for doing so much planning and solving things on paper before we go to code. That is huge. A couple of other things of interest were... customer permission options, extending the any assignment options to include a variable/value pair to help flag and tag things as needed. We also talked a ton about settings and permissions and how they play together. We are seeing more and more needs for basic pages (defaults and generics), custom pages, custom page sets (mini apps or mini sets), and full on themes (niche specific needs, flow, and functions). |
