There will be an accountant coming in to give us all a bunch of tax saving tips and tricks.

Notes: The guys name was Jared and he did a little over an hour long presentation. Good stuff. We talked about soul proprietors, LLC's, S-Corps, C-Corps, etc. We went over piercing the corporate veil, home offices, mileage deductions, meal deductions, record keeping, and some other basic tax tips and tricks. One thing that he mentioned that caught my interest was about R&D for software development. There is actually a possible tax break for writing code and doing R&D. Anyways, we may need to check in to that later on. Good session.
