Notes:
Working on a 3rd party solution change for Full Circle Interactive Media. They wanted to automate the process of setting up a user and then sending them the correct information without having to have the user set usernames, passwords, and user assignments. We now do all of that behind the scenes.

I also updated all of the time zones for all of the different data servers. Normal maintenance for spring and fall daylight savings stuff.
