Notes:
While talking with Russell Moore today, we talked about a couple of pieces that need to come into play here soon. Cohesion and making sure we have good code being pushed live. We need to setup the nets for the developers. Take your time and do it right. We also need to protect the code from the last cookie syndrome and overwriting other code from developers (system wide version control and standard procedures).
