Notes:
We keep running into scenarios where an official policy or policies would really help. It may be worth a couple days worth of time to set some the virtual nets in place to help protect all of us. We have a developer that made something for a client and the client is not paying. The developer wants to pull the custom code. That is fair, we just need to get an official stance on the issue. There are other things that need to be defined as well.
