Spent the first half an hour doing emails and playing with POS (point of sale) hardware like receipt printers, barcode scanners, label writers, and such. On a GoToMeeting session with Shannon. We were talking about project management, tasks, jobs, & communication. We did a couple of quotes & got caught up on changes and what is going on. Here are a couple of notes from our conversation: - Task management through adilas - What do I need to do? Help answer that question. - Unified communication - Who has what job and what are the requirements? - We need to setup some rules & regulations - virtual safety nets. - Who is doing what and who has the tools to play the game? |
