GoToMeeting with the Jane Team - adilas white label options. On a GoToMeeting session with Tiffany, Javier, Russell, and myself. We showed them some options and how we can re-skin data through CSS, themes, etc. We also showed them how to get to the public API pieces and what those look like. We also talked a lot about the difference between quotes, invoices, and how those two things interact. We talked about fulfillment center stuff (filling orders) as well as an outstanding tax issue (how things are rounded and calculated). I got kinda riled up and didn't want to hear and/or deal with it. I did listen and Russell helped me calm down. I don't know where it is, but somewhere there is a small rounding error (or a preceved error) when dealing with backing into fixed amounts, using with tax included, and how discounts apply. Those are all back calcs and some are done in combo. Their issues seem to only show up when used in combo. They like the way we do it one thing at a time. Anyways, just noting that issue. As a note, this entry was recorded on their monthly billable hours. |
