Notes:
Bryan came over and pitched me a proposal for how to help out the shop. We went over it and did some talking. Last night, he and I talked for a little bit over an hour on what is going on and the state and status of things.

We talked about how there is a gap in active admin, management and project management. We talked about how the biggest gap is at the top. I'm currently filling that position, but I'm so busy that I can't really get everything done. We used the analogy of a triangle. The bottom is easy to fill and the middle is able to be filled with good intermediate skills. The problem exists at the top of the triangle (admin and management).

Anyways, we went through a number of different options and talked about possible ways to get things done. We determined that one of the key needs is at the admin and project management levels. I'm not sure who to have fill that spot.
