Notes:
We had a new setting request for the availability to show/hide the salesperson (or whatever you call it - corp-wide setting). The client wanted to make sure that they (the current user) was unable to change that value. They basically wanted to hold their employees to what really happens in real life. They were worried about someone switching the salesperson values for a sales transaction.

Basically they want the system to do that automatically and record who did what. That already happens in some ways, they just wanted it to be tighten down a bit. That would have to be a setting because some companies total need to flip who is the salesperson even if that person is actually creating the ticket. Anyways a new setting request.
