We need to circle back around and redefine the system defaults. This could be the tax categories for discounts, corp-wide settings, defaults, pre-sets, etc. It has been years since we were in there. This would really help to make it so that our customers and clients could run faster right out of the gates. We want our system to be as easy to use as possible. Steve, Shannon, & Shari O. would be great people to get involved in this project and redefining session. |
