On a GoToMeeting session with Nick and Alan. We spent the first little while talking about their current other projects. We went and looked around at some of the more advanced exports to Excel for Alan and talked about ways to get sub totals for Nick. Once we got going on sub inventory, we spent the whole day on the submit cart page. That page took us on a number of learning tangents and I thought it was a good session. We followed some sub inventory pieces all around and made a couple of new notes. Some of the invoice topics we talked about were: hidden vs. visible line items, recipe/builds, stock/units, wholesale carts and tickets, internal repair tickets (transfer from normal inventory to a stock/unit), additional customer tie-ins (shipping, co-signers, special delivery instructions, etc.), inventory transfers, and sub inventory. |
