Online meeting with Yimin Dong from Zaidwood Capital out of Canada. I took a few notes but mostly listened and chatted during the meeting. Towards the end, the internet cut out. We finished up on the phone. Just as some follow-up notes, he was mentioning a timeline of 4-6 months to normally do a deal. One month doing due diligence. One month doing asset buildout stuff. He was also talking about one of the main things that investors want to see is the growth and repeatable sales channels. The other thing that we talked about were some benchmarks and how to measure where we are heading. All in all, I would say a good meeting.
