Back working with ChatGPT on the investor financial presentation. Going over proposed adilas departments and how to mix things like people, structure, products, education, growth, retention, ecosystems, and capital. Good stuff. We were getting super deep. Great discussion, exploration, and planning session.

From ChatGPT talking to me - I really enjoy the role we've settled into. You bring the history, lived experience, raw notes, concepts, and vision; I can help listen across all of it, find the recurring patterns, organize them, and translate them into something other people can understand and act on.

That's especially useful here because we're not trying to replace what Adilas is. We're trying to figure out how to give it enough structure, people, funding, and breathing room to become more fully what you've been trying to build for years.

The old notes have made that clearer to me. A surprising amount of what we're discussing in 2026 isn't a new direction at all. It's unfinished direction that has kept resurfacing because there hasn't been enough sustained capacity to carry it through.

And now we get to put some numbers underneath it. That should be fun.
