Notes:

Emails and looking over some great emails and dashboard mock-ups from Josh. I read over a large email and then sent a quick note to Steve. Recording notes. Emails back and forth with Steve. He is coding some of the invoice line item level grouping stuff for the shopping cart that we were working on over a year ago. It is crazy how things keep coming back up. Anyways, he sent me some stuff from an AI bot, and I sent him over a few other tips and pages to check. Other emails from cory.

Multiple hours working more with ChatGPT on the investor financials and what we are looking for in our pitch ask. Great deep conversation. Going into each of the four proposed departments and answering questions about each one. I will add the link to this conversation later. Currently it is still in the rough and discovery mode.

We were talking about main personality traits of: Organizer, Doer, Creative, Consultant, and Salesperson

We also spent a bunch of time going over ideas and options for the four main departments that we are proposing for the adilas team. They are:

Growth - sales, marketing, lead generation, partnerships, packaging and commercialization.

Retention - onboarding, training, consulting, documentation, customer success and reducing friction.

Product Development - focused development capacity, UX, testing, finishing high-value projects, AI, infrastructure and modernization.

Admin & Billing - management capacity, financial controls, HR/people support, planning, budgeting and coordination.

Just for fun, here are the questions that we are trying to answer for each department:

Where is that department at today?
What people/capacity does it need?
What processes/tools does it need?
What education/knowledge assets does it need?
What does that unlock?

Fun exercise! Good stuff!
