Notes:

Reviewing and then jumping into making some wireframes for the food pantry project. Still in the prep steps of that process. Reread a small chat with ChatGPT on this industry specific recipe and workflow mapping project. Basically, how to assemble and configure the recipe for each industry, depending on which one we are working on. Think, reusable blueprint for other implementations.

Later on, I was looking over their assistance application documents and reports for the food pantry. Comparing online assistance application with the pre-printed forms. There are a number of differences. We will need to standardize the input to get the best results. Also, after making those comparisons, I spent some time looking at the required reports and making sure that we are catching the correct data.

Here are some of my notes, after rereading the ChatGPT session on doing industry specific recipe mappings.

- Think in business objects... 1. Households (the real customer), 2. Persons or people - adults, children, dependents, and their relationships, 3. Visits, 4. Alerts, 5. Notes, and 6. Reports.

- Workflow mapping - instead of pages... what is the workflow or journey?

- MVP Bridges - keep one platform, create a focused front-end, hide complexity, expose power only where or when needed, let organizations frow into the larger ecosystem.

- Mini skin framework, industry recipe map, ingredients (existing pieces, parts, and functionality), mix and blend, then adapt or add industry adaptation stuff to round out the project. Focus on the desired outcomes and needs.

- How can I/we help?

- Find the moments - at times, the system (software) needs to both appear or disappear. Help guide where needed and other times be in the background (transparent).

- This recipe may become one of many.

- Instead of selling modules, we are using existing, proven components, and assembling or configuring them for a different industry.

- Once again, having fun comparing industry recipe maps and world building. I think that it is fun. They work well together and even allow for crossover. See elements of time # 13015 in the shop for an earlier breakthrough between industry recipe mappings and world building. As a side note, that was only a week ago.
