intro_to_process_and_documentation.docx   Doc/Text 8/8/2026 Multi-page document dealing with project management and key points of documentation and processes. Great read for any aspiring project managers.
adilas_pitch_feedback_from_steve_and_grok.txt   Doc/Text 8/8/2026 Great feedback from both Steve and Grok on the adilas pitch. There really is some good information there. There are two emails that are combined into this one document. Most of the feedback comes from Grok, passed over to us by Steve. We could easily use this to push things forward in a more aggressive way. Great starting spot.

Notes:

Emails and reading through some feedback from Steve and Grok on the adilas mini pitch. It has some great stuff in it. I have attached the feedback (copy and paste from the email) to this element of time. See attached.

I then switched over to do some planning for the food pantry industry project. As I started, I had the thought to review an older document about taking control of the documentation processes. I have read this document a number of times. Great read. This time, I pulled up the document on one screen and put it into a screen reader on my other screen. It was much easier to read it this time around. I was also able to stop the screen reader and circle back around on key points that interested me. In a way, I'm a want-to-be project manager... :) I've got a number of big projects ahead of me. I've been learning and trying to apply things for years. I've done tons of projects. It has been a process for me. I enjoy it. See attached for a copy of the document that I was reviewing. Once again, I recommend a screen reader for reviewing its contents.
