Small code fix for the parts homepage. It was hiding or collapsing the search form when you first go to the page. Added some code to help it show the search form under certain conditions. It will also hide the search criteria as needed. Small changes. Pushed up some new code to data 0 and sent an email to Wayne, Cory, and Steve.
