Working with Shannon. We were talking about pain vs suffering and even how that can roll over into shame and other things. Working on the core concepts overview document. We couldn't decide who the actual audience was. So, I claimed it. I wanted a spot where we could brainstorm a bunch of ideas and then we will filter things down into beginner, intermediate, advanced, and maybe even a techy level, if needed. We read through some sections and did some more brainstorming and filtering things down.

Shannon and I had some good conversations and were able to talk about vision, being overwhelmed, depressed, doubt, fear, and how to keep going, even when faced with some of those other emotions and/or realities. Very interesting. It helps to have a buddy along for the journey. By ourselves, we tend to get stuck in the mud and want to give up.
