| the_value_of_the_story.docx | Doc/Text | 6/11/2026 | This small document shows the analogy of the invention of the video camera and how it impacted our lives. The document shows an analogy of how the way adilas tracks the data and story could somewhat be related to the impact of the video camera. This is a small portion of a larger document called the adilas core concepts overview document. This is just a fun and small snippet of that content. Imagine seeing the video of your business. What would that look like? | |
| adilas_core_concepts_overview.docx | Doc/Text | 6/11/2026 | This is an overview document about the adilas core concepts. It is still in the process of being edited and refined, but the bulk of the content is roughly ready. As a fun side note, the top portion of the document contains an analogy about the use and invention of the video camera. It was literally a game changer. This document, at the top, compares the invention of the video camera to what we have been working on inside of adilas. Super fun. Once again, not fully complete, but making progress. | |

Showing Shannon the visual journey that I shared with ChatGPT (web link). We were talking about how long does it take to explain it (adilas) and how long to really get it? Talking about the green overlay graphics and how they show that we use the whole system to provide the functions that we have. Here are some of my other notes from the work session: - Show different interfaces, chooser options (custom homepages), quick search, etc. - Help them (our users and clients) see the progression - they won't catch everything the first time. Using the graphics... help them get it... help them catch the vision... oh, I get it... - that is awesome. - Switched over to the big core concepts overview document. We spent most of the rest of the session reading and doing light editing there on that document. See attached for the progress. We only got about halfway through. - Talking about solving the Rubik's cube - there are many different ways - either by math, complex algorithms, set patterns, or by story. I think that the story method is easier, at least it makes it easier for me. We are geared for stories. - Just being silly... Shannon was saying that the word history could be broken into... "his story" (small stretch but fun). - Bring in that human element. - I want to pull out the video recorder story. I liked it. It might be fun as a standalone story. See attached. - We read through the first couple core concepts sections. - Desired outcomes solve the major pain points... I would like to do an infographic on pain. If you can solve the pain, they will invest time and effort into the solution. That's the hope. - Nobody really wants all of this stuff (text, documentation, graphics, and info), until they think that I (we) can solve their pain or I (we) have the solution. That's the motivation. - Here are some notes from the chat session from yesterday: Level 1 — Features Level 2 — Results Level 3 — Architecture Level 4 — Philosophy --- Alternate adilas formula wording... normal adilas formula: Mix(functions + players + concepts) = Results Use Players --- My role as a teacher and translator - teaching complex topics |
