Notes:

Recording notes from last week (5/20/26 to 5/22/26). Other small odds and ends. Light research on phrases like "centralize the data" or "catch the data". These have been a reoccurring theme and seem to be the start of the problem and/or disconnect for other systems and software packages. I would like to show the problem of non centralized data, using multiple system, and then struggling to bring it all back together. That seems to be one of the biggest problems in business. There are others, but that is a big one.

Here is a link to the developer's notebook - subject: centralize the data and catch the data - Web link

Here are some notes from a small brainstorming session on 5/21/26.

The main problem or challenge

1. Non centralized data
1.a. Data on different devices or computers
1.b. Data controlled by different people or groups
1.c. Data location may be spread out
1.d. Data is random, deep, and not organized
1.e. Not all data is digital

2. Using multiple systems
2.a. Each system or software package is separate - doesn't connect or interface with other systems
2.b. Spreadsheets, files, documents, images, paper, emails, web stuff - mixed data and locations
2.c. Time gaps or batching between systems - delays in data flow, duplicate entry, manual exports and imports, bottle necks
2.d. Spreads the data out, slows it down, and even isolates the data by system, by machine, or by person or group
2.e. Accessing data - who gets that data, how do they get that data, where does it go, what do they have to do to get that?
2.f. Even if you get all the data... now what? You have got a mess!

3. Once you have it, meaning the data, what do you do with it?
3.a. Outcomes, results, flow, and look & feel - all variables
3.b. Do you have a system or place for everything? Can you get to it? How easily?
3.c. Let's talk scale... How is that looking?
3.d. Where is the future going? Have we addressed that?

The solution - adilas.biz

1. Centralized data

2. One unified system - able to catch all of the data

3. Once you have it, the data, then what? - Full system ready to show and provide outcomes, results, flow, and configurable look and feel.
