Notes:

Back working on vendor credits and being able show proper payments. Added in some JavaScript and a helper field to show the math calculations if using a vendor credit. That should help with showing what will be happening once a payment page is submitted. Added to payment pages for splits, reimbursements, and payments on PO's. Testing different scenarios.
