Notes:

Back working on the plan for receiving of a partial PO. Working on the payment portion and how that ties into the financials. Started planning out vendor credits (new special accounts option) and how that will play into the mix. Lots of planning on paper. I will scan all of the pages in when I finish up the planning part of the project.
