SWOTAnalysis.docx   Doc/Text 1/9/2024 Worked on the SWOT analysis opportunity section today. We worked through quite a few. One fun thing, we reviewed some notes from an API meeting that just happened yesterday. This really shows how much these projects we are trying to plan are needed.


Notes:

Great meeting with Shannon. Working on the opportunities section of the SWOT analysis. Lots of good topics today. We were going over outside usage of our systems, API sockets, wish lists, industry specific skins, white labels, and tons of talk about marketing and plans. See attached for where we are working.
