Good work session with Shannon. We spent a bunch of time working on the SWOT analysis and recording notes in the opportunities section. There really are so many great opportunities. We also spent some time going over MVP (minimal viable product, plan, person, etc.) as well as MVT (minimal viable team). Lots of prep work on the plan and how everything needs to come together. We often want to just start on the new code because it is shinny... however, we have to get in some of the other key pieces and projects if we really want it to go somewhere.
