Notes:

Working on the payroll and yearend forms for tax year 2023. Spent quite a bit of time working on the new form 1096. This is just a data overlay (on top of a preprinted and red magnetic ink form). Lots of printing, testing, and micro tweaks to get the form fields to line up. The 1096 has a bunch of little checkboxes that have to be in the correct spots. Finished things up and pushed up code.
